CANCELLATION POLICY

📌 Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows us to respect the time of both our clients and the artist, and ensures availability for those waiting to book. Thank you for your understanding and support!
